What does the minimum of 5 boxes per quarter mean?

To keep your Premium member rates and your fully included Trybe RMOS software suite, Premium memberships carry a minimum commitment of 5 gift boxes dispatched per quarter. As long as you send at least 5 boxes each quarter, you keep your Premium pricing. You're free to send more at any time at your discounted Premium box rates.

Are shipping costs and tax included in the box price?

No. Individual box prices ($90 for Premium, $100 for Basic) cover premium materials and products inside the box. Domestic and international express chilled shipping fees are calculated separately upon outbound checkout.

How does user seat pricing work for the software?

Both Trybe RMOS Standalone and Premium Membership plans include 4 user seats in their starting rate. Additional active team members can be added at any time for $30/month per user seat.

Can I use the software without placing gifting orders?

Yes, you can deploy the Standalone Software (Trybe RMOS) plan at $350/mo. If you plan to dispatch corporate gift boxes, we recommend the Premium Membership at $280/mo as it includes the software suite for free and saves you 10% on every box ordered.
